Thank you for "Playing With Purpose" this season!

 

All practices & games are held at 3409 Hursh Road (Crossbridge Community Church)

Teams practice 1 night a week for approximately 1 hour beginning the week of April 13th.
You may exclude ONE night of the week that you do not want to practice and we will try to accommodate.

 

Teams play (weather permitting) for one hour on Saturdays and 2 weeknight games. Games begin on Saturday, April 18th and conclude on Saturday, June 6th.

 

Please note, due to the integrity of the draft we DO NOT take player/friend request or coach requests.  We will place a player on a team with a parent/stepparent if they are coaching.

If you require a car pool, we will make every effort (but not guaranteed) to draft players on the same practice night, but not the same team.

 

Once teams are drafted and uniforms are ordered, we will no longer offer a refund.

 

Please fill out the following information and submit. You will be notified by email of dates for a mandatory evaluation/sizing time!  Then, you will be all ready for the season!
