C3 Sports Leadership
Running a sports program the size of C3 Sports takes an enormous amount of volunteers. We could not pull off the seasons without coaches, referees, concession workers and many more people behind the scenes. We are indebted to them all. We would like to introduce you to the incredible people who give countless hours organizing and making C3 Sports the amazing organization it is.
Brad& Barb Mattax
C3 Sports Directors
Brad and Barb have been involved in children's sports programming for 25 + years (Yes they are that old)! They have 5 children and 11 grandchildren. Barb is passionate about running the most organized and detailed league as possible. Brad has helped develop children's sports programs all over the country. Together with an amazing staff of volunteers, they have developed C3 Sports into one of the premier children's sports programs in the country.
Craig & Vicki Moravec
C3 Sports Fall Soccer Directors
Craig and Vicki have been heading up soccer for 13 years! They have 4 children who have all played and coached C3 Sports. They are soccer fanatics! Craig grew up playing soccer in the Chicago area. Vicki is a chemistry professor at Trine University (you can call her Dr. Moravec). They give countless volunteer hours to provide the best soccer experience available.
Jordan & Marissa Chitwood
C3 Sports Flag Football & Basketball Directors
Jordan Chitwood has volunteered for C3 Sports for 11 years. He is the Online Pastor at Crossbridge Community Church and loves working with teens. He is married to his beautiful wife Marissa, and together they have an Australian kelpie. Jordan loves watching kids grow throughout the season in their fundamentals of the sport, but also their fundamentals of life.
Josh & Megan Staller
C3 Sports Spring Soccer Directors
Josh and Megan Staller are products of C3 Sports. Signing up their children a few years ago to play soccer with us turned into an impactful relationship that has led them to join our leadership team. Josh and Megan have a heart for helping kids take next steps on, and off the field. They have two boys who are still heavily involved in all of our sports programs.

James and Sarah have been directors for C3 Sports for two years. They have four beautiful kids, all filled with enormous personalities and a love for life. James is the goofball in the relationship and Sarah is the one who brings him back down to earth (thank goodness :D). With 4 kids playing all sports, you will see them in every season!
